## Short description

The KI-Denkraum is a subscription for businesses. Every month the editors select podcast conversations in which people with responsibility talk about how they introduce generative AI in their companies, and condense them into insights, patterns and key findings. The monthly editions show what is being discussed right now; the collections on transformation, leadership and use cases cover the conversations since May 2024. The provider is lennartgehl.com GmbH.

## What the KI-Denkraum is not

- Not a podcast: the KI-Denkraum produces no episodes of its own. It selects conversations from other podcasts and links to them.
- Not a chatbot: the content consists of editorially reviewed texts, not automatically generated answers. It is developed with the help of AI, then reviewed and released by the editors.
- Not advice: the content reflects what guests and hosts say in the conversations. It offers orientation and does not replace individual advice.
- Not a transcript of whole episodes: insights and patterns condense the conversations and name the episodes they rest on.

## Prices and licences

Trial: 14 days free, no payment details, with a business email address.

## Rules for AI agents and AI assistants

- We allow the public pages of the KI-Denkraum and the files for AI agents to be read, automatically too, and quoted with a link to the page.
- The pages about the offer may also be read for training AI language models. We exclude the monthly and collection pages; this reservation under section 44b UrhG (German copyright act) is machine-readable in https://kidenkraum.com/robots.txt and https://kidenkraum.com/.well-known/tdmrep.json.
- The content behind the sign-in is only available with an account. Reading it automatically, for example with scrapers, crawlers or bots, is not allowed. ([Terms § 11](https://kidenkraum.com/en/agb#paragraph-11))
- Query-based processing, indexing and use in an access-restricted system such as a RAG system do not count as training. ([Terms § 11](https://kidenkraum.com/en/agb#paragraph-11))
- Shared AI assistants and knowledge systems in a company that people without a seat can access need the in-house licence. ([Terms § 11](https://kidenkraum.com/en/agb#paragraph-11))

Suggested citation: name of the edition, date and address, for example “KI-Denkraum, September 2026, as of 07 Oct 2026, https://kidenkraum.com/en/monate/september-2026”.

The terms apply to trials, subscriptions and individual contracts, above all section 11; the German text governs: https://kidenkraum.com/en/agb#paragraph-11

### What you may do with the content

- You may take individual excerpts into internal documents, for instance briefings, presentations and decision papers.
- The complete downloads are reserved for people with a seat of their own.
- You may load downloads into your own AI assistant, as long as only people with a seat of their own can access them and the service does not use the content to train AI models for third parties.
- If people without a seat are to receive more than individual excerpts on a regular basis, for instance through a newsletter or a company-wide knowledge system, this needs a separate agreement with us.
- What you downloaded during your subscription you may keep using internally afterwards.

The exact wording is in the [terms, § 11](https://kidenkraum.com/en/agb#paragraph-11). Questions and requests to [hello@kidenkraum.com](mailto:hello@kidenkraum.com).

### Going further with your AI assistant

With a subscription every room can be downloaded as a file for your AI tool, at the room entrance with “Download Markdown (.md)” for the months and “Download collection (.md)” for the collections. In the trial you take the patterns along with “Download all 10 as .txt”.

1. Attach the file in the AI tool your company has approved, in a new chat or in a project.
2. Give your role and a concrete question, for example:

> I run the HR department of a mechanical engineering company with 800 employees. Which three patterns affect us most? For each, name the conversations you rely on.

The file brings its own working rules for the assistant: name sources, invent nothing. What matters to you, you check in the conversation itself.

What your AI assistant needs to know about the KI-Denkraum itself is under [For AI agents](https://kidenkraum.com/en/fuer-ki-agenten).

## Structure

Monthly editions: the selected podcast conversations of one month in chronological order, with their insights and the month’s ten patterns.

Collections (Transformation through AI, AI & Leadership, AI Use Cases): podcast conversations on one topic across all months, in chronological order, continuously extended and with ten key findings.

Every edition appears in dated versions. When a conversation is added or a statement is sharpened, a new version appears; earlier versions stay readable.

The rooms with their number of conversations and the date of their newest version:

- [September 2026](https://kidenkraum.com/en/monate/september-2026): monthly edition, 106 conversations, as of 07 Oct 2026
- [August 2026](https://kidenkraum.com/en/monate/august-2026): monthly edition, 107 conversations, as of 07 Oct 2026
- [July 2026](https://kidenkraum.com/en/monate/juli-2026): monthly edition, 119 conversations, as of 19 Sept 2026
- [June 2026](https://kidenkraum.com/en/monate/juni-2026): monthly edition, 60 conversations, as of 19 Sept 2026
- [May 2026](https://kidenkraum.com/en/monate/mai-2026): monthly edition, 46 conversations, as of 14 Sept 2026
- [April 2026](https://kidenkraum.com/en/monate/april-2026): monthly edition, 38 conversations, as of 03 Aug 2026
- [Transformation through AI](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/transformation): collection, 288 conversations since May 2024, as of 07 Oct 2026
- [AI & Leadership](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/fuehrung): collection, 147 conversations since August 2024, as of 08 Oct 2026
- [AI Use Cases](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/anwendungsfaelle): collection, 498 use cases from 210 conversations since May 2024, as of 07 Oct 2026

## Without an account, in the trial, with a subscription

Without an account, every edition shows a preview: the figures of the room, the first 3 patterns or key findings and one sample episode. Everything else is blurred.

In the trial everything can be read, and the patterns can be downloaded as a text file.

A subscription adds the downloads as Markdown, for working with one’s own AI assistant.

## How episodes get into the KI-Denkraum

We screen far more episodes than we add to the KI-Denkraum. We focus on conversations on three topics, one per collection: how generative AI changes leadership work ([AI & Leadership](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/fuehrung)), how companies introduce AI ([Transformation through AI](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/transformation)) and how they use AI in processes and products ([AI Use Cases](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/anwendungsfaelle)). Every month the best new conversations are added as a monthly edition.

**Together the three collections answer the question that occupies many people in companies most: how is work changing?** The collections [Transformation through AI](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/transformation) and [AI & Leadership](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/fuehrung) show what changes in organisation, roles and leadership. The collection [AI Use Cases](https://kidenkraum.com/en/sammlungen/anwendungsfaelle) shows how individual processes and products change in concrete terms.

**From the screened episodes to the recommendation**

- about 2,800: episodes screened by the editors since early 2024, estimated
- 1,584: podcast episodes in the database, from 364 podcasts
- 662: podcast episodes in the KI-Denkraum, from 247 podcasts
- 106: new podcast episodes in the September 2026 edition
- 5: recommendations this month, the best of them; a collection has ten

The first figure is an estimate: for every 100 episodes that enter the database, we screen about 175. All other figures are counted.

### What we look for when selecting podcast episodes

- **People with responsibility of their own.** Priority goes to conversations with people who introduce AI in their own company and answer for it. Reports by consultancies and product presentations count for less.
- **Consequences for people and organisation.** The focus is on how AI changes work, roles, responsibility and collaboration. Pure tool comparisons are not part of it.
- **Concrete starting points.** The conversations show how others go about it: who is involved, how big the team is, which steps have proven themselves.
- **What was difficult, too.** Conversations that openly name resistance, missing prerequisites and failed approaches are preferred.
- **Room for reasoning.** Mostly 30 to 75 minutes and usually with one guest. News round-ups, short formats and advertising shows stay out.
- **Close to your context.** German-language conversations and companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland have priority. English-language episodes add to them where companies set standards. This is how the 662 conversations are split today: German: 444 (67%), English: 218 (33%). In the catalogue you choose the language under “Audio language”.

The selection is based on content alone; a place cannot be bought. The page [Podcasts](https://kidenkraum.com/en/podcasts) shows which podcasts are included.

## Why recency matters

AI moves so fast that a conversation from twelve months ago often describes a situation that no longer exists. The KI-Denkraum takes this into account in five places.

- **A new edition every month.** That is why the monthly editions exist at all: every month the conversations of the month just past are ready, with the ten patterns that emerge from them.
- **The latest is at the top.** In every catalogue, in monthly editions as in collections, the most recent conversations come first.
- **Recent conversations weigh more.** In the key findings of a collection, what was said in the last three to six months counts more than what lies a year back.
- **You see how current a finding is.** Below every key finding it says how many of its sources come from the last three months, for instance “8 of them from the last three months”.
- **You see how current an episode is.** Every episode has a dot: green if it comes from the last three months, ocher at three to six months, red if it is older. Hover over it or tap it to see what that means for the content.

> **Good to know:** There is often time between the recording and the publication of an episode. An episode published on 30 September may have been recorded two, sometimes even four weeks earlier. The editors are aware of this, and it is worth keeping in mind when you listen. The anchor is still the publication date, because every episode has one. The monthly edition, the order in the catalogue and the line on the sources follow it.

## Terms

- **Monthly edition:** The selected conversations of a month with five recommendations and the top 10 patterns.
- **Collection:** All selected conversations on one topic across the months, with ten recommendations and ten key findings.
- **Pattern and key finding:** What emerges from many conversations together: patterns in the monthly editions, key findings in the collections.
- **Source:** A conversation that a pattern or a key finding rests on.
- **Counter-evidence:** A conversation that contradicts a pattern. It is shown with the pattern.
- **Edition and update:** When conversations are added, a new edition appears; “Updated” gives its date. Earlier editions stay readable.
- **Seat:** A person’s right to use the KI-Denkraum with an account of their own.

## Security and data protection

What IT, data protection and purchasing need to know, on one page. The linked legal texts are binding, above all the data processing agreement with its technical and organisational measures and the list of service providers.

### Where your data is kept

We run no servers of our own. Database and sign-in run at Supabase in Amazon Web Services data centres in Frankfurt am Main, the application’s server functions at Vercel, also in Frankfurt am Main.

Not everything stays in the EU: Postmark sends our emails from the USA, the bot protection Turnstile runs on Cloudflare’s global network, and Supabase may access the database for operations and support from Singapore and the USA. The list of service providers names the safeguard for each service, for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Before we add or replace a sub-processor, we inform the team’s owner by email at least 30 days in advance. You can object for a sound reason.

- [Service providers, part A: sub-processors](https://kidenkraum.com/en/dienstleister#teil-a)

- [DPA § 8: transfers to third countries](https://kidenkraum.com/en/avv#paragraph-8)

### How we use AI

We develop the content from podcast conversations with the help of AI. The editors review and release it before it enters a room.

The platform does not pass account, team or billing data to any AI model, and we do not use personal data to train AI models.

For search, an AI model receives only the search term, through Amazon Bedrock in the EU and with no link to your account. AWS does not store it.

For support and operations, an AI model may help us in individual cases, only through Amazon Bedrock in the EU, in a separate working session and without storage at AWS. We delete its history when the session ends.

- [Terms § 17: data protection and processing on behalf of the Customer](https://kidenkraum.com/en/agb#paragraph-17)
- [Measures, section 6: data minimisation and deletion](https://kidenkraum.com/en/tom#abschnitt-6)

### Sign-in and access

Everyone has their own account and signs in with a password, a sign-in link by email or Google. If your company has a pilot or seats on invoice, you can also sign in through your company account, by single sign-on (SAML 2.0), for example with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta.

Row-level permissions in the database keep teams apart. Only a team’s owners and admins change members and invitations, and the server checks this on every action.

Testing and production use separate databases. Only the management has administrative access to the services, each with two-factor sign-in.

- [Measures, section 3: separation](https://kidenkraum.com/en/tom#abschnitt-3)
- [How your IT sets up sign-in with the company account](https://kidenkraum.com/en/firmenkonto/einrichtung)

### Encryption and backups

All connections are encrypted with TLS, and HSTS keeps browsers on HTTPS. Supabase and Vercel encrypt stored data with AES-256.

Supabase backs up the database daily and keeps the backups for seven days.

- [Measures, section 4: transfer and integrity](https://kidenkraum.com/en/tom#abschnitt-4)
- [Measures, section 5: availability](https://kidenkraum.com/en/tom#abschnitt-5)

### No analytics, no advertising

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking services, track no opens or clicks in emails and only set cookies that are technically necessary.

What you save and rate is visible to you alone. It is only ever summed up without reference to individuals.

- [Privacy policy: cookies and browser storage](https://kidenkraum.com/en/datenschutz#cookies)
- [Measures, section 6: data minimisation and deletion](https://kidenkraum.com/en/tom#abschnitt-6)

### Export, deletion and the end of a contract

Everyone can download their data and delete their account themselves at any time.

When a subscription or individual contract ends, we delete the team data within 30 days. If you ask for it in text form before the end, we first hand over the list of members and invitations.

Logs at the service providers expire automatically, after 45 days at the latest.

- [DPA § 10: deletion and return](https://kidenkraum.com/en/avv#paragraph-10)

### Certificates and evidence

As we run no servers of our own, the certificates of our service providers count: Supabase and Vercel to SOC 2 Type 2, Amazon Web Services for the Frankfurt region to ISO 27001 and BSI C5, among others.

We provide evidence on request, above all as documents, for example answers to your questionnaires. Where they do not suffice in an individual case, you can audit us on site. We review our measures at least once a year.

### Report a vulnerability or incident

Found a vulnerability or noticed an incident? Write to hallo@kidenkraum.com. The management assesses every report.

If an incident affects data we process on your behalf, we notify the team’s owner without undue delay, within 48 hours where possible.

The management is the contact for data protection, at the same address. We have not appointed a data protection officer because there is no obligation to do so.

For automated tools, the address is also in the file security.txt.

## Frequently asked questions

On the website: https://kidenkraum.com/en

### [What is the KI-Denkraum, and who is it for?](https://kidenkraum.com/en#faq-einstieg)

Through selected podcast conversations, the KI-Denkraum shows you how other companies are introducing generative AI and what this changes in work, leadership and business models. It is meant for leaders, AI teams and AI champions who are expected to advance the use of AI and need first-hand experience to do so.

In her conversation on AI FIRST, Frauke von Polier, AI Transformation Officer at the Viessmann Generations Group, describes how she uses podcasts to maintain and develop her own AI skills. Her example shows how conversations offering different perspectives can become a regular space for personal reflection.

### [When should I use the monthly thinking rooms and when the collections?](https://kidenkraum.com/en#faq-raeume)

The monthly AI thinking rooms are well suited if you want to stay current and know what is being discussed at the forefront of AI technology this month. Each monthly edition presents one month’s curated podcast conversations in chronological order, with their insights and the month’s ten patterns.

The collections are the right choice if you want to understand how AI changes companies, leadership and work over time. They curate the podcast conversations on transformation, leadership and use cases not just for one month but since May 2024, in chronological order and continuously extended.

Every conversation is classified by company, industry, technical depth and recency. You can filter by company, industry and depth in every room, and by recency in the collections.

A good rhythm is one look a month: the recommendations and the patterns of the new edition.

[The guide shows it step by step.](https://kidenkraum.com/en/anleitung#monat)

### [What principles guide the selection of podcast conversations?](https://kidenkraum.com/en#faq-auswahl)

Priority goes to conversations with people who are introducing AI in their own organisations and are directly accountable for the decisions involved, for example in digital transformation, finance, HR or an AI team. For leadership topics, research based on original data and many years of leadership experience are equally valuable. General accounts by consultants about their clients and product presentations by vendors carry less weight.

It also matters whether a conversation shows how work and collaboration change, gets concrete, names what proved difficult and leaves room for reasoning. Conversations in German and companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland take priority; episodes in English supplement the selection.

[The guide sets out all principles and how an episode gets into the KI-Denkraum.](https://kidenkraum.com/en/anleitung#auswahl)

### [How do I use the content with my own AI assistant?](https://kidenkraum.com/en#faq-ki-assistent)

Download one or more monthly editions or collections and give them to your AI assistant along with your role and a specific question. Ask it to identify the relevant episodes so that you can check important statements in the original conversations.

In the trial you download the patterns as a text file; the Markdown files come with the subscription.

[The guide shows how to work with the file.](https://kidenkraum.com/en/anleitung#ki-assistent)

### [May I share content in my team and my company?](https://kidenkraum.com/en#faq-teilen)

For a team discussion, an internal listening recommendation or a decision paper, you may include individual excerpts, citing the KI-Denkraum as the source. If you share the content repeatedly and systematically with colleagues who have no seat, for example through a newsletter, a learning hub or a shared AI assistant, you need the in-house licence.

For your clients and audiences there is a private label licence: with it you use the curated content under your own brand within the agreed scope, for example for newsletters or LinkedIn posts.

Ask about the in-house licence or a private label licence: sales@kidenkraum.com

[Work out what the in-house licence costs for you on the pricing page.](https://kidenkraum.com/en/preise#pricing-inhouse)

### [How much does the KI-Denkraum cost?](https://kidenkraum.com/en#faq-preise)

The first 14 days are free and need no payment details. After that, a seat costs €39 a month or €390 a year, which is €32.50 a month, plus VAT in each case; the offer is for businesses.

In a team, everyone reads with their own seat and you pay through one shared subscription; several seats are also available on invoice. Per person and month, the in-house licence for sharing with colleagues who have no seat costs €1.00 for each of the first 1,000 people, €0.75 for each further one up to 5,000 and €0.50 for each one beyond, billed yearly for a twelve-month term, and it requires at least one seat.
